These terms apply to the public MYS website and to initial inquiry handling. Vessel deployments are governed by the relevant project agreement.
Website use
This website is provided by MYS, MYacht Systems, to explain our vessel deployment services, collect business inquiries, and share product examples. Website content is for commercial information only and does not form a binding project scope or warranty by itself.
Project scoping
Every MYS deployment is vessel-specific. Commercial terms, feature scope, implementation timing, support levels, and data responsibilities are defined in the written proposal or agreement for that yacht or fleet.
Operational data
Vessel documents, maintenance records, inventories, and other operational information remain subject to the owner, captain, management company, and any agreed project terms. Access, retention, and exports are managed according to the deployment arrangement.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website or inquiry forms for spam, unlawful activity, security testing without permission, or attempts to access non-public systems or data.
Security and data handling
Operational data is handled as a deployment responsibility, not as generic website content.
For vessels, MYS is configured around access controls, reporting expectations, and the owner or manager's operational requirements.
