Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new project gets a free trial when you create it from the iOS app. No credit card required to start.
How do I pick a crew tier?
Count the number of crew you'd add to MYACHT (besides yourself). Pick the smallest tier that fits. You can move up or down later from the iOS subscription settings — no penalty for switching.
Why the seat-based tiers?
A 20-metre sailing yacht with 1 crew shouldn't pay the same as a 90-metre motor yacht with 30. The seat tiers keep the entry price low for small operations and scale fairly with vessel size.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual billing saves around 50% compared to twelve months of the monthly price. If you know the yacht's running long-term, annual is the better deal.
What if I have multiple yachts?
Each yacht is a separate project on a separate subscription. For more than three vessels we recommend the Fleet tier — it includes shared dashboards, SSO, and bulk pricing.
Is my data exportable?
Always. Every register exports as PSC-ready PDF, accounting exports to Excel, and you can pull a full project archive from the backend at any time.
Where is data stored?
Encrypted at rest in the EU on a managed PostgreSQL instance. The mobile app keeps a local-first copy on each device for full offline operation.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Tiers can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the App Store subscription settings.
