Planned maintenance, structured by system.
Every recurring task lives against the equipment it belongs to. Run a task, log hours, sign off, attach photos, and the next due date recalculates automatically. Engine room, deck, interior — same shape.
What you can do
- Build PM tasks per system or per piece of equipment, on hours or calendar interval.
- Generate a draft set of PM tasks straight from the equipment's PDF manual using AI — review, edit, accept.
- Run a task: tick line items, log run-hours, attach photos, sign as the responsible crew member.
- See what's due this week, this month, this season — at the system level or across the vessel.
- Export a PM history report for any system, signed and dated, ready for survey.
Why it's different
Most PMS tools lock you into either a calendar-only or hours-only model. MYACHT supports both, on the same task. A sea-water pump that's "every 500 hours OR every 6 months, whichever first" is one task with two triggers, not two parallel records.
And because the AI manual reader can spin up a starter PMS in an afternoon, even a yacht with no historical data can be operational by the end of the week instead of needing six months of data entry.
Built into the rest of the app
A PM task can spawn a defect job if it finds something wrong. Parts used during the task draw down inventory automatically. Hours logged update the system's running hours, which feeds predictive trend monitoring. One source of truth.
