Captain's Brief
A weekly or monthly executive summary auto-generated from the live data: jobs closed, defects open, NCs raised, drills completed, hours run on critical machinery, fuel consumed, accounting summary. Edit the draft, forward to the management company. Used to take a captain Sunday morning. Now takes ten minutes.
Manual Q&A
Upload the manuals once. Ask any question — "what's the lube oil spec for the port main engine?" — and get a cited answer with the page reference. Crews stop digging through 400-page PDFs at 02:00 because they need a torque value.
NC drafting
Describe a finding in a sentence. MYACHT drafts a full ISM non-conformance: clause reference, severity, root cause framing, corrective and preventive action templates. Captain reviews and accepts. Removes the most-hated paperwork moment of the audit cycle.
BDN auto-extract
Photo a Bunkering Delivery Note, MYACHT extracts vendor, port, quantity, density, sulfur content, signature line — populates the BDN log. Same for receipts in accounting: vendor, amount, currency, date, line items.
Defect → Job suggestion
Photo of a defect → draft job card with suggested priority, predicted department, parts likely needed. Faster than typing it out, and the engineer can edit it down to spec before saving.
Certificate type recognition
Scan or upload any certificate. MYACHT recognises the type (Class, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, flag-state), reads the expiry date, and files it under the right system. No more orphaned PDFs in a Drive folder.
Privacy & cost
AI calls run server-side through MYACHT — your OpenAI key isn't bundled with the app. Each vessel has a configurable monthly token cap so AI costs never surprise the captain. Vessel data is not used to train any model.
