Captain's monthly close
Two taps generate a monthly close PDF: opening balance, all postings by category, FX summary, variance against budget, signed by the captain. Send to the management company. Done.
Year-end + quarterly close
At year-end or quarter-end, MYACHT generates a complete close pack with department breakdowns, season splits, and Excel exports. Suitable for handing to the yacht's accountant or family-office finance team.
Receipt AI
Camera or PDF in. Vendor, amount, currency, date, line items extracted. Multi-page receipts (long itemised dock bills, hotel folios) are read as one document. Vendor invoices that arrive as PDFs — marina, satcom, insurance — are read natively without rasterising.
